EMPLOYMENT
I am currently employed as an electrician through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 11. In addition to this I am a Casual Longshoreman. My responsibilities include most aspects of cargo movement. Currently I am looking for occasional temporary employment during the slow season in the shipping industry.


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Production Assistant, Voice and On-Air Talent - 5 years experience in broadcast radio in the Los Angeles market. Performed all aspects of production of nightly and weekly 1/2 hour programs, commercials and copywriting. Familiar with Soundforge, Adobe Audition, Soundtrack Pro and Scott Studios.

Electronics Technician - Over 9 years experience working in the retail electronics industry(Circuit City/Silo/The Good Guys/Al & Ed's Autosound).
Responsibilities included sales and installation of car audio and security systems.
Managed the Car Audio/Installation department for the Good Guys in Cerritos throughout the late 90's.

Communications Technician - Worked as a radio tech for 2 ½ years for a Motorola authorized service agent.
Responsibilities included servicing major accounts in the police, fire, local and federal agencies.
Installed and serviced diverse forms of communication equipment in vehicles, mobile data terminals and radio tower sites.

Electrician - 3 year experience as a general electrician. Industrial, commercial, residential wiring and circuitry. Power distribution, fabrication and conduit bending.

Machinist/Machine Operator - Completed 580 hour course of study in Machining Technologies. National Tooling and Machining Association.
